As a major supplier of hardware tools to construction and engineering firms in the region, Lian Hock Hardware faced the challenge of frequent late payments from his customers. This in turn put a squeeze on his own cash flow to pay his own suppliers.
The Nufin Data Team, worked closely with him to understand his needs and devised a supply chain financing programme, using the NEMOTM platform, that aims to attract his customers to pay before due date.
To make this happen, the team helped Lian Hock Hardware to organise a customer event, explaining to them how they can utilise our platform to capture discounts plus extend their payment terms.
The interest generated was tremendous and a number of customers immediately indicated interest to join the programme and sign up for our platform. With this success, further customers events have been planned to onboard more customers and help Lian Hock solve their cash flow challenge.
